Through the integration of parts work, art therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and return home to yourself. Our team of master's-level clinicians is here to support you in building the tools you need for meaningful, empowered living.

Art Therapy

Art therapy is a type of psychotherapy that uses the creative process of making art to help express emotions, explore feelings, and address psychological challenges. It combines traditional talk therapy with creative expression to allow individuals to communicate and process emotions in a nonverbal way, which can sometimes be easier than speaking about difficult experiences.

Counseling

Counseling fosters personal growth, emotional healing, and self-discovery. Our approach integrates art therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to explore emotions creatively while building skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. In a safe and supportive space, clients express themselves, gain insight, and develop sustainable coping strategies for empowered living.

Insurance Coverage

We accept a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, HUSKY Health, Cigna, ConnectiCare, Optum, Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare. We also offer out-of-network options at $175 for a 50-minute session. We are happy to provide a superbill if needed, and we will conduct your initial coverage verification.

Practice Policies & Availability Disclaimer

Please note that our practice does not offer weekend or evening appointments. Each clinician maintains their own schedule, so availability varies by provider. Clinicians are available by appointment only. In order to show up as our best selves for you, we deeply value work-life balance and uphold healthy boundaries.​ For this reason, we do not provide therapeutic support between sessions and do not engage in ongoing communication outside of scheduled appointments. If you need to reach out regarding scheduling or logistics, please contact your clinician directly via email. As outlined in our consent forms, we enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy to help you maintain consistency in your care and to support the sustainability of our practice.

We believe therapy should be an autonomous and collaborative process, especially for teens. Therefore, we do not accept minors into treatment who are not willing or consenting participants, as non-consensual therapy can often be counterproductive or even harmful.
